We want you to love your handcrafted plywood furniture, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all standard items. Please note that bespoke or custom-cut orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.
Pack with Care
Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back in its original protective packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Schedule a Collection
We will arrange for a specialized furniture courier to collect the item from your home at a scheduled time that suits you.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned piece, we will process your full refund, minus any applicable collection fees, within 5-7 business days.
